God of Carnage
A comedy of manners… without the manners.
A playground scuffle between two eleven-year-olds brings their parents together for a civilized conversation about how to resolve the matter. But as the evening wears on and the rum starts flowing, the polite veneer cracks, alliances shift, and what begins as a mature discussion descends into hilarious, childish chaos. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Play, Yasmina Reza’s razor-sharp comedy asks just how thin the line is between civility and savagery.
Presented in participation with Concord Theatricals.
